Sounds like you’re diving into the space at a solid angle, especially with that role giving you inside exposure to the CRE deal flow and financing side.

This is a single story, front to back duplex in Texas. 

My understanding is an E2 Visa is an investor Visa (ie. you need to buy a business) OR you can piggyback off an existing E2 holder. 

I've operated about five hours south of STL as a mid-term rental, and it's been great.

Long story short we started with about $100k to out name and in a few years turned that well North of $2M in equity.

I want to envision that there is a path where I could complete this and rent it out.
