Owner’s Title Insurance Policy

Hello BP Community, 

I just bought a house and my title company asked if I want to purchase owner's title insurance. She has given me two options, basic/ALTA that costs me $1,350 and Enhanced that is $2,100. Can anyone share if it's really worth getting and why? If yes, which option? Thank you for sharing your knowledge.
