@Marcus Johnston I have found very few agents who are knowledgeable about the art of investing in real estate.

Ideally, I'd like a few names so I can meet with them to compare rates/personality/etc.

My name is Jessica Corona I am a mom of 4 with a passion for real estate. at 22 we bought our first home a fixer-upper lived in it for 7 years and then got the opportunity to purchase a beautiful Victorian home that was pretty much condemned. we Fixed up the Victorian home and moved into it and rented out our other house. 

My advice to him, that I am preparing to provide, is Ride the lease out and when the lease expires we will renew in his name alone.  

I type in the association name and 113 properties pop up, but it actually only states the street name, and not house number.

@Vanessa Deluca, they may be undecided on what entity they will take title - LLC, personal name, etc.They also may be doing a 1031 exchange which involved assigning the purchase rights to their QI.They may want the actual purchasing entity to remain anonymous for a while - think celebrities etc.They might be trying to simply get it under contract and then find a different end buyer.When the clause doesn't remove their liability to perform it eliminates most of the unscrupulous type wholesalers and is probably nothing nefarious..
