Id also call some local pest control and they can spray quarterly or monthly to help and prevent bedbugs so they die 24 hours within contact of the stuff they spray

One may be in a lower end neighborhood where you can get away with spraying the entire house in one color where another needs 3 different color schemes (one for ceilings, one for walls, one for trims).

That person is likely not very familiar with the pest, but has a license to spray chemicals.Chemicals only work if they come in contact with the bedbug.
