But I am deployed in the Middle East, so my time is split between my profession in the military and my passion in real estate.

As the state debt grows each year and the population decreases debt load per person will increase while median income will remain flat at best and at worst decrease in concert with the exodus of middle class corporate jobs.

In our modern culture, unlike it was a hundred years ago, college is mostly a vocational school sold on the middle class that provides the key to the corporate jobs that people hate.

My tenants are made up of hardworking lower middle class families with stable jobs and kids who go to school in the neighborhood.

I'm an investor who is in the middle of my first hard money loan purchase.
