More specifically, where are you getting the renters from (craigslist, airbnb, vrbo, etc...) and what type of renter are you getting from these marketing sources (corporate, professors/students, traveling nurses etc...).

There are plenty of realtors attending those to grab potential clients.The list / search would really just depend on your specific criteria.

Regarding the shops, how would I go about looking for them near me, specifically, ones that are legitimized? 

Talk to the contractors who specifically did the work to the park.
