Should I get my real estate license right away then look for a brokerage?

Based on the requirements, i'm eligible for the Employing Broker license but it doesn't clarify if I need to have a brokerage in California for 2+ to be eligible or if having the Broker license is enough. 

We have options to help short term rental investors at my brokerage.

Sometimes national brokerages such as CBRE, Marcus & Millichap may all have offices that service 75-and-under unit assets.

Take appropriate action, set ground rules, wait... before that actually figure out what your ground rules are, then get your tenant to sign some kind of lease that was vetted by any competent person (lawyer/investor/broker/agent) and start implementing all the great advice you have supposedly learned/read.If you can’t do that , then hire a property Mgmt co. and be done with it.

The selling agent and listing agent work at the same brokerage company (which is quite small I might add).Would using an agent at the same listing company be a good idea or would they have reason to not represent me as well as an outside agent would?

We have flippled 50+ houses, have done rentals, consult, and own a brokerage that specializes in helping OOS investors.

In Florida we have a different t procedure available, if the EM was held by one of the brokerages instead of the title company.
