Poor craftsmanship on repairs, numerous clerical errors, employee turnovers, I'll never get one penny for their mistakes but I want other people to know how these people do business.

I suspect that VRBO/Homeaway is holding onto every penny they can right now, for as long as they can. 

We got a lawyer and sued them as we had never seen a penny of rent money or pay out in three years and here they had taken over $10,000 and lied about the costs on the second building although I’m sure most of that money did go to those renovations.

I currently have two properties here that I purchased for pennies on the dollar - in decent areas that's rented to deserving and decent families. 

We also do concrete damage repair and concrete coatings - some epoxy but mostly polyaspartic as it is harder than epoxy and won't peel off.   

I don't think scam can get one penny easily from me but bothering business is unacceptable.

Hi Andrew,that question seems like a very big bucket with no details.A lot goes into a bid-detail wise so without detail it seems an apples to oranges comparison.The reason I say that is:What kind of cabinets Plywood or chipboard, spray finished or the plastic coated kind, cabinet vendor also sells replacement doors for these cabinets?

The hotel industry is notorious for being penny pinchers about everything, so I'm sure they've done the exact market research you are talking about.

Had issues with squatters and thieves including all copper water pipes stolen.
