Its definitely not for the faint of heart

I own a property management company located right in the heart of the city (King-Lincoln).

Through past experiences, in other aspects of my life, I have noticed that individuals can be extremely happy with a deal but they often have a change of heart when they discover how much commission I make off the deal.

We can bring a lot of heart, determination and creativity to the table and are willing to do whatever it take to do some "on the job" learning and participating.Big thanks to Joshua Dorkin and @Brandon Turner for creating this gem of a community.Additionally, I want to thank everyone in the community - Veterans and Beginners alike - and look forward to becoming a part of the community.

I am not a big player as an REI so this is great for my down time ;p and a great tool to learn even more, working along side other investors.You have also enlightment me on all the different ways you invest in real estate with all your sharing.and mostly, I want to thank you for the instant networking. wow, that was what I was doing wrong, when I was a starving agent in my past life.I thank you from the bottom of my heart. great community!

I've been checking online (trulia, realtor, google street, etc) to get a feel for the neighborhoods, but its always nice to get input from the community and those who have invested in the area.I'm interested in these neighborhoods (Stadium/East Park,  Hickman Mills,  Heart of the City) any input you can provide would be greatly appreciated.  

The lower unit has been in the house since May of last year and pays on time every month with the exception of his 3 month jail stint where he went MIA with no means of communication in the heart of an eviction momentorium.

The gutters will need to be completely replaced and roof is on its last leg; this is the biggest expense that’s giving me a heart attack!
