Hey ya’ll,I am finishing up a rehab on a single family property and one of the features of this property is an elevated deck in the back yard— meaning the access to the deck is from the second level.

@Lara Nicole,We have a house on a main/busy road, and I think the appraiser took off like $5-10K from the price to adjust for it being a non-desirable feature.

Is $87500 near the top end for this type of property in this neighborhood or are others appraising for higher if they have more features/upgrades?
