Also there are a few good Realtors bit many do subpar work with crappy pictures and little to no description.I have been looking for land and you can't tell where it is from the lack of description.

It was a very poor listing - only a few pictures, low quality, short description, etc.

The only data that is relevant is what has happened in that specific townhome complex in the recent past.Also, geographical location is not what matters with townhomes.

If you have friends/family  involved in real estate, start by asking what kind of investments they love and why ... then go see if you can bring them a deal that matches their description. - If you have the time, I would think about getting your real estate license on the side.
