After trying to get in contact with him numerous times, I realized that I would just need to move on, what ever… so now I get a call from tenants indicating that they will be short $390 on the rent for August and it’s just enough for me.

I"e got to dredge memory but I think the case surrounded he and his son selling timber land but left the money in escrow with the buyer who then purchased numerous pieces for the Starkers over the next 18 months or so.

I used a alpha-numerical code (assigning A thru F to the properties listed on each page; E.g. 1A, 1B, 1C, 1D 2A, 2B, 2C, 15A, 15B, 15C etc...), Google sheets and a highlighter to organize the list by town.

I have also been involved in the development of manufactured home communities and mobile home parks.My experience has been terrific for numerous reasons.I highly recommend investing in manufactured homes, especially for the beginner.
