Due to some personal decisions I bought a new home in round rock at the begining of 2020 about 7 miles further north of my current place and I'm moving there in a couple of months.I was initially planning on selling my Pville home right after the move but now I'm thinking I may keep it for a few years, perhaps for another 5 years or so while the original builder warranty is still active, and keep it as a rental.

Also students typically want to rents for the school year and not year round.  

If you bank at a bank that operates there locally, that's the ticket.   

We did a flip in Round Rock in 2018, and although we ended up losing money, we learned so much from it.

Tenant 3's lease goes out 25 additional months, and Tenant 4 is month-to-month.This is not an NNN property, so I'm accounting for $10,000/year in taxes (based off most recent assessment of $550k * 2 multiple to round to purchase price).

Capex or big ticket items like roofs, floors, hvac, appliances and hot water heater, etc.
