From doing research, reading about real-estate, and watching you tube videos, my plan was to invest in real estate single family homes and rent those properties so that I could get a stable return on my savings.

There's a lot of data there and I think it presents it in a pretty easily digestable format.

Probably you have been ready, learning and growing and you see him falling behind.I Suggest give him a chance (put yourself like a certain amount of time) 3 or 6 months and on that time start sharing quick 3 min videos, on the things you think he should work on. attitude, life mindset, goals. etc.
