Think of all the things that could go wrong and see if the lease addresses them: unauthorized pets or tenants, early termination, security deposit, lease violations, late rent, eviction, lawn maintenance, parking, etc.5.

On my recent closing the inspector found issues such as: missing window locks, rotten windowsill and doorway trim, furnace was not clicking on, bathroom ceiling on 2nd floor had a slight bow to it.I asked the seller to address these issues and they were more than happy to do so, as well as removing a large swingset/play fort from the backyard.

I've also used one agency before that was posting very misleading ads and every lead was mad at me.If you can address those concerns I'm sure you'll be successful.
