On my recent closing the inspector found issues such as: missing window locks, rotten windowsill and doorway trim, furnace was not clicking on, bathroom ceiling on 2nd floor had a slight bow to it.I asked the seller to address these issues and they were more than happy to do so, as well as removing a large swingset/play fort from the backyard.
