That is actually walking with empathy, not simply talking about it.These things really speak to our society as a whole and I often wonder...is the person holding out their hand for a quarter or a morsel of food or the one outside of Home Depot looking for a daily wage for a hard day's work an annoyance/bothersome/distracting/intrusive too?

DO NOT LOVE: Anything to do with golf, “botanical” gardens, fast food, poorly behaved children.

The stock unfinished cabinets are less expensive and seem to be built a little better; we have found the home depot brand to have the best unfinished quality.

Do any of you have experience in the not so good areas of Miami- Allapatha,  Miami Gardens, Brownsville, Model City etc.Those are the areas that I can afford right now, the numbers add up fine properties cash flow.

I've used  Jeld-Wen from Home Depot and have to say they are consistantly the worst pieces of junk you can get.  

well a lot of them failed during the last GFC... especially in hard hit areas of PHX  Vegas FLA central CA  FLAand around atlanta.. no mystery not everyone is a good operator.. and or they get into the deals very thin on capital as the sponsor. or its there first one and have no real experince.. especially in bad times.. then you have garden variety greed..
