So now instead of feeding the hungry stock market you can feed the hungry rental.I have watched people keep big debt on their home and then have the stock market crash.

How are people buying multiple non owner occupied properties on fixed rate traditional 30y mortgages? 

I more so meant if there are people you could hire to do a pre-inspection to ensure you pass on the first go!

I am looking into a deal and would like some advice and have people pick at it and let me know what I am missing in this proposed deal.I am a small real estate investor so far, I have 4 SFH rentals, 2 in Colorado where I live, and 2 in Texas.

Definitely better schools in Rockwall, I think more people commute into Dallas from Royse City than Rockwall too.

I'm okay with having it out there for people that want to take advantage of my expertise in infill development that may want to partner however. =)

You should go to your local REIA, there are like-minded people at these events that can always give you tips and insight too.
