It's so nice to know people are so willing to help!

The first person/people I'd talk to are licensed contractors since they could give you a ballpark figure.

I currently reside in SE Portland in a 1500 SQ 5 bedroom, 2 bath house (tiny house for six people, a married couple lives here as well).

They are overseas group of investors purchasing with cash, so they should be good on that front. it will likely be more on the lower end of the range.If anyone has some tips or a link to a good article/blog to check, that would be great.I'm going to do a lot of due diligence obviously, but just wanting to get some opinions from people here that are experts in this.

People I've spoken to have suggested it sounds like a scam, because the company just wants my details, then apparently they are going to create a fake identity in my name, and put me in debt..

From past experiences you can't really trust a lot of people have to take things into your own hands and do it right.

I'm doing better than any agent or PM I've worked with, but am not quite to where I'd try to do it for other people yet.

In addition there are elderly people in need of assistance by way of assisted living.Is it possible to approach a land developer (apartment or assisted living/health care) about entering into a 100 lease agreement whereby I make the land available under a lease but they develop the property, manage it, and maintain the operation?  

I consider myself to be fairly patient with my people and their is a point in a sales relationship where you realize it's time to move on and you fire that customer.
