Domain names are like virtual land and building a website on it is like building a virtual house.Have you ever spent more than the traditional $11.99 for your domain name on godaddy?

I want to take over the deed, pay the existing mortgage up to date, leave the existing mortgage in place, place the deed in a land trust, rehab the property then pay off the mortgage once I sell the house off.

I'm limited on funds and my credit is not in the best shape to qualify for a traditional mortgage, hence why this strategy appeals to me.
