I’m not against fixer uppers thoughYour construction skills will come in handy.

One builds teams of skills/ trades if you notice.

Whole different skill set.

However now im at a point where I need lending partners, people who can loan or get a loan.So what can you bring to the table, what are your skills.

It depends on the repair/job and your skill level.
