Depending on who you talk to, the information can vary.

But suddenly I ran into issues for different reasons, so the cash flow isn't large but I'd lose out on a lot of money if I try to sell now since I've only had it for 2 years and only put 3.5% down on the house.

It simply does not work that way. buyers are the client these days they shop on line when they see something they like they contact their agent..

Just going over the recently sold homes on Zillow and other sites, i am seeing a lot of homes being purchased for 20-30 k and sold for 150k plus.

And while I’m no fan of extended warranties, they charge 10% of sales price for 5 additional years. 6 years on a fridge with an icemaker is a good deal at $100-$120. 

Specifically in Troy, NY market. anyone having issues with funding for section 8 and assistance programs given the current economy?

Looking for experienced advice on these specific protections.
