Hello - I am looking for recoomendations of a commercial real estate attorney in nj who is familiar with 1031 exchanges, preferably in Monmouth, ocean, or middlesex county.  

As well as I am finding that most all the multi family properties I'm finding are zoned commercial including that one and therefore will not qualify for a FHA loan.  

Ultimately I'm using real estate as a vehicle to achieve financial freedom for my family and allow me the time to do the things I enjoy in life like spending time with family, traveling, and helping other people.I'm originally from Cleveland, OH (GO CAVS!!

We could not show a stable income for the past two years and had trouble acquiring a vehicle and a house.
