I think you also have to be careful not to take a generalize news report and apply it to your local area.

But I would say read your PC very carefully..

I visited the vacant property owner at his home, but he didn't seem to care much AT ALL smh  I asked him if he was interested in selling and he gave me a flat out NO!

Its a good market to purchase rentals in, just don’t be a slum lord and take care of the tenants and the building and you’ll do great.
