I was asking the general audience if there is some mechanism to pay people for introductions and only when the investor puts in cash (call them agents if that is technically correct).

Has anyone created a comprehensive installment sale workpaper in excel displaying an overview of what a potential seller financing deal could look like in terms of interest income, tax considerations, etc.?

Not just a quick introduction call.
