I suggest you read a couple of books to get you in the right mindset before you start.1) The Millionaire Real Estate Investor by Gary Keller2) Think and Grow Rich by Napolean Hill3) The Richest Man in BabylonI suggest you join some local Bay Area meetups and rub elbow with local investors.

Every person in history that got rich of investments (doesn't matter what type of investment) is then an "appreciation gambler".

Get a second job waiting tables at a restaurant , you get food cheaper , now you wont starve .

The first two are ones you pay for either by the meeting or annually, though your first meeting is usually free, and the last two are free to attend but of course you pay for your food/drinks.

I'm sure we're all still learning and will never stop learning and adapting.My goals are simply to become financially independent and retire early so that I can travel the world, write, see/do amazing things, meet amazing people, eat amazing food, and do good charitable things around the world.
