I am 27 years old, I have bought alot of books about wholesaling and i think i am ready to start my first deal, but for now i am looking to build cash buyer list and then look for properties and provide the inventory to my VIP investors first.I am also on here to build a team and partner with other wholesalers and I also need new relationship with people in wholesaling around Austin,TX please feel free to give me an advice and the step by step to take towards my journey and financial freedom.

I am on a path to get my mom and dad to financial freedom and more time away from there current business.

The city is changing and recomposing itself and quite a few D neighborhood slums in close proximity to the health care and technology job centers within the city are reversing course and turning back into C neighborhoods.Your biggest problem isn't the financing you think it might be.

However isn't the goal to have a high passive income, which grants you the freedom to choose how you live your life?

I am interested in real estate investing as a tool to reach early financial freedom.

It seems to be the best way for financial freedom to spend more time with my family.  

The buy and hold gives me a great income stream every month allowing me the freedom of not needing a traditional 9-5.
