There is a checklist on their website that you can find that goes over everything, but honestly it's so subjective by each inspector that we stopped using the checklist.

From a legal perspective the prior report inspector most likely has language report warranty is not transferable and depending on when the property were to go under agreement again - a lot can happen during that time

@Scott Mac when we do anything over a 100 yard pour on slabs such as apartment condos or townhomes our inspector is on site to slump test to sign off on all loads.

If you haven't done so already, I would ask the inspector transparently how severe this sloping/grading/foundation is affected and if it would be a major expense.
