My contract is designed for end users, not for other investors.  

Lease expirations tend to be spread out throughout the year and sales to end users would have to be delivered contemporaneous with lease expirations.

You do realize people on the internet BS, lie, give bad advice, don't know squat or have some agenda to get you to act.

Developers charge extra for each page, and too many pages clutters your website making it less user friendly.
