I have asked the Tax Assessor Collector personel for help, they couldn't, so they sent me to their Law Office that takes care of all legal matters concerning property Tax Auctions, and they told me they can NOT give any advice and that I should hire an attorney.

Now, if you already found the deal and have it under contract or want to put it under contract and you haven't found your investors (which I think you should find investors first), you need to be looking for partners, LP investors and potentially a buyer to wholesale to.

@Kenneth Bedwell A lease option assignment is where you put the property under contract with the seller but instead of sub-lease optioning it to your T/B, you sell the contract to them and have no further involvement in the deal.

I’m under the impression that I’m a double closing that you would need funds upfront to cover the cost of buying the property from the seller then going back to the end buyer and finishing that contract and that’s where you would make your profit.
