Your $2500 is better spent on a mailing campaign to a targeted list.  

I have now e-mailed the application to several people who I believe will come prepared with completed application, application fee, and even payroll stub copies.  

then lets talk about some direct mail marketing to centers of influence.

Whats up BP, It has been a while since I posted and while compiling my weekly list of evictions to mail this weeks marketing to I thought it would be nice to know how others handle this. 

Search the tax records to determine who owns the house then contact the owner via mail, phone call or a visit to the jail and offer to buy it.
