The homeowners I've dealt with had unexpected, devasting medical issues, or drug problems, a couple inherited a home from her deceased mother and they were just...no nice way to say this.... they were trash that tried to burn the house and collect on insurance, another man sold to me before going in to serve a lengthy jail sentence.

They all have well respected colleges (Winston and Gboro have multiple), and well respected medical facilities. 

Is there anyone that could give a little insight on transforming a single family home into an assistant living facility?

Two medical centers that each have over 500 employees, almost 20K industrial/manufacturing jobs in the two largest towns, etc... 

As it was said before find someone you can trust to spearhead the day-to-day operation of the facility.

Because if it's for medical use, then couldn't the tenant potential claim that they're being discriminated against as a disabled individual, who takes a certain medication?
