So no you have not paid for a particularly dirty turnover.2) it's called cleaning fee but it's not just the money paid to the maid it's also the "project management fee" including communication time with the guests, troubleshooting because they can't dial a code or just  the inspection.

In the definition section of the Code of Ordinances, the definition of family is as follows: “One or more persons related by blood, adoption, or marriage, or not more than two (2) unrelated persons living and cooking together as a single housekeeping unit.”

If you are new to renovations I would highly suggest pulling a permit so that you have some assurance (inspections) the work that is being performed is to code.

To that end, you should go with a direct lender.Most of the lenders mentioned in this thread, Patch of Land, Lima One and Visio (or my company for that matter) will not do a loan like this without doing a thorough application, but we don't specialize in hard money and neither do they.
