Shade trees?

🌎Based in Suwanee, GA (Just north of Atlanta near Alpharetta), and planning to invest in Forsyth County, GA and in Lake Junaluska, NC (30 min outside of Asheville, NC) 💫 I plan to buy either a STR, a BRRR, or flip a nearby property in my zip code to learn more, and find out if this is right for me🏠 First got interested when a very successful colleague and Product Manager at a startup in LA left that world to get involved in STR in Joshua Tree, CA.

Last time we stayed there in an Airbnb in someone's place near one of the lakes, the owner told me that he bought the lot next door for the price of removing some dangerous trees.

Trees, ditches, wet, etc.  

A tree could fall in your yard after a storm and now you are spending $250 to clean it up.

REOs, buy and holds and other options exist in the rest of the country and flips are not easy in my neck of the maple trees.

I have used Sharkbites as a quick fix in underground copper line breaks where tree roots strangled the pipes, or in tight corners in the attic where if it would be dangerous to solder with so much flammable insulation around...etc, but in all cases those are emergency fixes to get tenants off my back, then I'll leave and think of a real fix and come back to do it a day or two later. 

we all thought cracks in the exterior walls large enough for a tree branch to grow through, you must be tearing it down, and no, this is a common problem in Jackson MS and they know how to fix it.So if the numbers work, including paying for guaranteed repairs per the engineer specs, then go for it. 

Two, tree years ago Blackstone started to buy SFH.
