I have found my time is more valuable raising private capital and searching for other deals. 

It would be time consuming, but getting the right fit is (as you've discovered) very valuable. 

I have learned a ton through this one experience and I’m sure that the gained knowledge will prove just as valuable as if I actually acquired the property.

I've heard some people say I should stay away from getting the license due to higher liability or a stigma with buyers/sellers not wanting to work with an agent, while I've read others saying it's great to have due to the access to valuable resources.What do y'all think or advise?
