@Auralee Smith liens are a matter of public record, you would need to search the county clerk's office website.

This website cites 11 U.S.C. § 362(c)(3) for the 1st filing after a dismissal and 11 U.S.C. § 362(c)(4) for the 2nd filing.The tactic you mentioned is pretty common for residential as well.

Alternatively you can search the address online and on social media and see if you can find something marketing the property, or check wholesaler websites
