We own and self manage several rentals.

I’m inclined to hire a property management company, but still considering all options.Problem is - the property is UNIQUE.

Given that my wife is a full-time realtor and I only have mine for investment purposes, it doesn't make sense for me to continue to pay those fees.

I did create a free google form and I noticed only about 1% will actually fill it out.

Many Property Managers have "Turnkey product" or have the system to help you buy, clean up, rent, and manage something from afar.
