Hire Professionals: Engage a licensed and reputable pest control company to assess the situation, recommend a treatment plan, and implement it.

I'm seeing requests for entire homes - all utilities included, W/D, FURNISHED, pool, gated community and I wouldn't be surprised if I saw someone throw in an extra request for daily spa treatments - all for around $1,400/$1,600 or less! 

Okay, I could understand if that was the ONLY way to get leads, but there are FAR better ethical, legal, and way more effective ways to get leads.Free is not always "better" and free doesn't imply just "money".

One of our big points is integrity and ethics.

What keeps me up at night is trying to find a way to get these people to work with my while trying to stay ethical and legal.

In the future I'd try to work with PMs that you are certain are skilled and ethical, and then if those two are in place default to extending the trust those merit.As for the invoices specifically . . . it is not uncommon for a PM company to arrange for labor from multiple subcontractors and, in essence, be a general manager or project coordinator of sorts.
