Thanks again 43612, 43613, 43623 as far North from Sylvania as possible and the further West from Lewis is the sweet spot in my opinion.We are doing a big letter drop box campaign very soon so hoping to pick up some good deals there.Parts of 43609 are decent and I also like 43615.Thanks

I have owned three owner-occupied homes (one purchased in 2002 in Ellensburg, WA; one purchased in 2006 in West Seattle, WA; and one purchased a few months ago in Tacoma, WA where I now reside with my family).

I would love to get to know any BP members around the West LA area and talk real estate over a cup of coffee or glass of beer.  

Ultimately the enviro issues/risks/costs were just unquantifiable so we passed.The other thing we see happening on the west coast and there's reportedly the same on the east is overseas flight money is paying up, in cash, for properties.

The best rebounding market I have seen is the BETTER parts of Atlanta,,, PHX and VEGAS along with of course West coast..
