I live in NY and i have heard from friends its a $%^& to get a tenant who won't pay out haha.

We started with guys we knew from church or family friends who owned a few rent houses.

Hello fellow friends and investors.My wife and I are Ohio natives that have been living in Dillon, CO for the past 5 years.

But just know that, if you do, your taxes go down but so do your chances of getting a loan.I have a mortgage broker/friend who refers his clients to me all the time. 

But after consulting family and friends, I decided to spend the 20k on a house instead.

I called my realtor to find out more information about it, but she directed me to the listing agent to work with since it was a conflict of interest since her best friend was one of the lien holders.When I called about it, the listing agent said that they are waiting for it to go into a short sale and that they already have a buyer for it.Does this mean nobody else can bid on it?  

I figured I'd go ahead and get licensed just for the experience and future ease and access to MLS.My goals:- I have a friend here on the island, that's into flipping homes.
