This is common in turnkey because the owners think it's sign and ride.I have been involved with "turnkey" since i think the term for out of state investing became a thing back in 2002.What we see is the investors demanding that the unit be tenanted when they close so they dont lose one day of rent.. and of course all the turnkey sellers have to keep up with the Jones..
