This is one of the few reasons why some people choose to invest in multi-family; to spread the risk. 

I do wonder how many of these frauds that advocate this would have THEIR family or friends done like this!

I am particularly fond in investing in multi family homes.

I hope to get into the multi family rental properties market and go from there.

I am in the Worcester country area and looking to invest in multi families.

I had Jim Soletti manage my south Austin rental for ~10 years, and I didn't have to think about it at all except for tax time...they are top-notch and a family business.

I was over there not too long ago for a family birthday and went boating on lake Travis. 

I live in South florida though and don't have many contacts since I left there.The property is a 2/1 single family home near downtown and about 20 minutes from the base.

We are mostly interested in Buy and Hold Investments, with an emphasis on multi-family units, but we are also considering the occasional flip when the market is right I found the Bigger Pockets podcasts on YouTube and am hooked, I'm so excited to have access to such an awesome community, especially being a newbie!
