They used an architect to help develop the custom home, then sub-contracted the work over 9-12 months.Neither of us are contractors but we're very excited about real estate and are here to learn. 

I'm not 100% what he did, but I have a feeling he let them know he was selling + gave them 90 days to find a new place (plus a little $$ incentive).

I'm going to do more research today to see if my price is right, but I've been asking potential renters if they feel it's fair and they almost all say it's priced right.

Under promising and over delivering we feel is a good philosophy.  

I just feel like this is a good deal....but really don't know exactly what a good deal is yet.

There are 2 websites that you should check out 1 is realestateexpress.com and the other is prepagent.com both are great websites but I personally like prepagent.com better I feel like they have more to offer and for a cheaper price and with prepagent you can select the state you want to get your license in and they will formulate the course specifically for your state.
