As you said, I can start looking before closing to identify and be ready to do an offer and if it doesn't work I would still be looking for properties that meet my criteria to include in if one falls out.Also, I tried to get to your web site using the signature link but it's not working.

We tried to develop a web-based tracker and we had some success but it just wasn't good enough.

I only say that because when I was in a similar position, I couldn't devote my time to everything I wanted to do, and realized that only when I started cutting things out I could really go deep into what was for me.
