If you didn't have a mortgage you could insure the property for market value/actual cash value minus the land value most likely.How many square feet and units is the property you're talking about?

@Aldwin Torres there are very few "easy" deals out there any more.Investors either have to accept lower returns, buy riskier properties or target properties that need renovation and/or repositioning.

I found that BP was great about applying credit to my account whenever a lead contained incorrect or incomplete contact info (email & phone number) or if it was another RE professional (wholesaler, lender, property manager, insurance agent, etc.) looking to sell their services.
