Hi BP community,I am new to BiggerPockets and thought it'd be good time to introduce myself, cause I will be here for awhile;) My name is Jarett Tigges, I live in Albuquerque, New Mexico and currently attend the university here studying Mechanical Engineering (I graduate in May).

Study something that is going to add value to your vision, but one does not compensate for the lack of the other. 

I have not invested in Houston and still trying to find my place in this city so at 1st was going to settle for being a wholesaler but then got encouraged to network, study, research, ask questions and try out other areas of investing.

I failed the National Exam the first time, Study some more failed the National and passed the state the 2nd time around.I took a break, “Shouldn’t did that” I was working retail part time ( but full time hours).

Can they prove how long it takes to rent a vacant property?

Study the mls listings on Zillow with your obsession.

Spent the last year studying these boards and podcasts and BP books before i make the leap into investing, but just out of curiosity, im wondering how many units you guys have and what you collect monthly on average with those numbers?

Why do all these studies have statistics from Milwaukee? 

I have had to go back and send them pictures of the previous listings to prove that the work was done prior.
