I am in contact with a title company who pretty much said I probably can't do it in new jersey and the due on sale clause would be triggered either from switching the insurance to my name or when paying taxes.

And in 10 years we never had an OOS BRRRR client in Milwaukee who attempted a second project after the first.

However, I know people who invest in this market.
