so its easy to say nationwide but very few are truly nationwide .. in some states the lending volume would be so low it makes no sense for the company to bother working there and going through the license requirements.

@Eric Jones I do not represent Erie, but Erie is a legitimate option and they have been a player in the REI space for some time now.Ideally you want a business (commercial) policy for any rental property that is not your primary residence.
