Following that I signed up with other agencies and now I do about 10-15 a week- I here that other RA are doing alot more but I am in a pricey area and our market although very slow is not as bad as some of the other states where REO's are running the market.

There is no, repeat NO, susbstitute for first hand work and knowledge.

You can never have too much knowledge and I try to make a point to learn something new everyday.

But I don't think there is anything magic about it, in the end it's just all the knowledge you can find in these forums, and then combining that knowledge with your own initiative.

A large majority of them are useless, speaking from the investor point of view, as they have little or no knowledge/experience.

The National Center for Atmospheric Research is funded by the National Science Foundation which is a 6 Billion dollar government agency.

A lot of investors simply do not have the time or the knowledge to find and structure good deals and would be interested in working with a competant RE pro who can deliver great deals to their doorstep.

I am currently building my knowledge base and would like to further my learning with additional resources.

I'm more inclined to do "knowledge trading" (my info for yours), but am more than happy to share what I know with anyone, provided they are genuine, serious, hard working, honest and likely to include me in future deals.
