Gotta be careful doing AirBnb and STR's down here with all the restrictions and regulations.I know people doing them successfully in Broward but it's very tough in Dade and Palm Beach.My guess would be that Broward is next on the list to tighten things up so just be prepared in case.

Where you need to be careful is if you are a mortgage note investor and do your own workout, if you pay someone via 1099 to collect a debt for you and they are not your employee - then they would need a license in many states.
