Does anyone have any books or web sources they recommend for a somewhat newbie?

With a quick search on the county web site, I found out that the house has an absentee owner who is in Kansas.

I'm not sure how to vet these reviews and testimonials on the web.

We joined associations, wrote magazine articles, ran advertisements, spoke at conventions, used direct mail.

In Dayton we can go into the county auditors web site and look up assessed value , history and taxes for every property in the county.

New question, awhile back I used a mapping web-site that used a logical sequence and shortest distance to show properties to clients when I had several properties to show and now I can't find that web-site.

Think inventory like buying and selling cars or merchandise on a web site.
